During this lively discussion with Tracy Wright of the North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Maurice Hendrix, a seasoned domestic violence victim advocate from the DC Metro area, we will discuss the positive influence that music and artists can have on teens in order to recognize and promote healthy behaviors in teen dating relationships. Teen Dating Violence Prevention and Awareness Month is a national effort to raise awareness about abuse in teen and 20-something relationships and promote programs that prevent it during the month of February.
